Hygge

 

Hygge is a Danish concept that translated means ‘cosy, togetherness and comfortable’ In the setting we have completed the Hygge in the Early Years accreditation and adapted both our provision and practice to represent this.

 

Every week we have a ‘hygge’ day in which we bake in the morning and then in the afternoon come together to enjoy our bake whilst reflecting upon our week, to instil life long skills.
